Vice President, Global Products Strategy 

Jenny Engemann has served as vice president of global product strategy since February 2019. In this role, Jenny is responsible for leading the combined organization of the global product & portfolio marketing team, and product technologies. She has been a critical leader at Nu Skin for over 20 years, with managerial responsibilities ranging from director of global product support education and training, senior director of Pharmanex, Nu Skin product marketing, and vice president of global marketing.


Jenny has consistently demonstrated her team-first attitude and excellent leadership in some of Nu Skin’s most important and successful product launches of the last 10 years, including ageLOC TR90, ageLOC YouthSpan, and the award winning ageLOC LumiSpa. She has also played an important strategic role throughout the development of the company’s newest products ageLOC Me, ageLOC YouthSpan, and the award winning LumiSpa. ​


During her tenure with Pharmanex Global Education and Training, Jenny spent a significant amount of time in the field training Nu Skin’s sales leaders on new and innovative products, traveling across North America, Europe, and Asia. This helped establish the importance of seeking and understanding sales leaders’ and customers’ unmet needs to identify new product and technology innovations. ​


Beyond Nu Skin, Jenny enjoys spending time with her husband and four young children, snowboarding, and traveling to Utah’s National and State Parks, California beaches and Disneyland!
